LUBREF Vendor Registration Process
The LUBREF vendor registration requires an onboarding process and the submission of documents relating to the company’s business, finance, and compliance aspects. This will ensure that the vendors are able to meet the necessary requirements when it comes to operational, health, and safety standards in the refining and petrochemical processes.
The first requirement for vendors is that they have to present their full company information including legal registration, company ownership, and services offered. The next step includes the submission of supporting documents which include the company financials, company profile, and experience records in specific areas. Also, HSE (health, safety, and environment) documents and quality are important to consider when joining any of the refinery or industrial projects.
Once this information is presented, the company goes through a technical and commercial evaluation after which it may be approved. After getting approval, the vendors are registered in the LUBREF system and can start participating in tendering, contractual, and refinery projects.
